ABOUT THE AWARDS

With the aim of providing the industry with a benchmark of the highest level, UF AWARDS honour leading market participants that are spearheading groundbreaking achievements, innovation and progressive contribution in the online trading and fintech space. In a highly competitive marketplace, the UF AWARDS are designed to celebrate preeminent brokers and B2B fintech companies at a global and regional level.

ABOUT THE PROCESS

NOMINATION ROUND

• During the nomination round, companies can apply to be nominated by filling out the nomination form at https://uf-awards.com/.
• To be able to fill out the Nomination Form, users must subscribe and log in on the UF AWARDS website. Please visit https://uf-awards.com/ to create your account.
• All award categories and their descriptions are available on the UF AWARDS homepage. Companies are strongly encouraged to nominate themselves in the categories they are strongest in.
• Nominees must submit short explanations covering their eligibility for their preferred categories.
• A member of our team will be in touch to go through the onboarding process and vetting of category relevancy.
• All nomination forms must be submitted and be received by the closing date of the Nomination Round.

VOTING ROUND

• During the Voting Round, the entire industry is asked to cast their vote.
• The public voting takes place on the https://uf-awards.com/ website.
• Only subscribed and logged in users are able to cast their vote.
• Each user can vote only once.
• Each subscription is carefully vetted and approved by Ultimate Fintech.
• Fake and inauthentic subscriptions or any votes that breach the UF AWARDS rules or our T&Cs are disqualified.

WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT

The winners in each category are announced at the UF AWARDS Ceremony. Additional information with regards to the date, time and venue will be communicated separately for each show.
